Yes they can, registered members of the AA can take advantage of our worldwide reciprocal services, we have arrangements with motoring Organizations worldwide, so our members can obtain assistance when motoring in numerous countries in and outside Africa.

Just fill in the form available on our website with all their details and they can come in and pay the membership fees, or our membership team can get in touch with them if you provide their details.

Average response time is 30 minutes. We will however strive to attend to our clients in the shortest time possible, AA ZIMBABWE is continually trying to beat its own records in terms of response time.

Once you register, we will send you your membership email which contains all the information required to access the service. We provide emergency contact phone numbers and membership numbers upon activation of your membership. In case of a breakdown simply call the number and quote your membership number and you will be attended to

Any vehicle up to SUVs or motorcycle can be covered in our policy. Currently our coverage will cover vehicles or motorcycle based on year, make, model and registration number.

Every motorist, registered members or non-members, who abide by our terms and conditions.
