Can foreign motorists access your service?

Yes they can, registered members of the AA can take advantage of our worldwide reciprocal services, we have arrangements with motoring Organizations worldwide, so our members can obtain assistance when motoring in numerous countries in and outside Africa.

I'm in the diaspora and want to pay for my Mother/Father or spouse to be a member, what do I do?

Just fill in the form available on our website with all their details and they can come in and pay the membership fees, or our membership team can get in touch with them if you provide their details.

What is your response time?

Average response time is 30 minutes. We will however strive to attend to our clients in the shortest time possible, AA ZIMBABWE is continually trying to beat its own records in terms of response time.

How do I use the service?

Once you register, we will send you your membership email which contains all the information required to access the service. We provide emergency contact phone numbers and membership numbers upon activation of your membership. In case of a breakdown simply call the number and quote your membership number and you will be attended to.

What vehicles can be covered?

Any vehicle up to SUVs or motorcycle can be covered in our policy. Currently our coverage will cover vehicles or motorcycle based on year, make, model and registration number.

Who can use the service?

Every motorist, registered members or non-members, who abide by our terms and conditions.

How many service calls am I allowed to make in one year?

3 service calls on ordinary membership and 5 calls on AA PLUS MEMBERSHIP.

How many service calls am I allowed to make in one year?

Without a phone there is no way to contact our emergency service support. This is a must to take full advantage of the services.
